qualifications & requirements

- A passionate self-starter and team player

- Prepared to make financial and personal sacrifices to serve the vision
- To work independently, detail-oriented, unsupervised and to take responsibility for own actions and for those reporting to him/her
- To perform under pressure with minimal support to meet tight deadlines & to constantly adapt to a changing environment
- To focus on delivery according to agreed milestones
- To provide strategic guidance in a collaborative, consultative, and positive manner
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the designated area
- International work experience
