The SEED Case Writer is responsible for researching and writing new case studies and teaching notes.

Position Summary
This is a 12-month fixed term position.

The SEED Case Writer is responsible for researching and writing new case studies and teaching notes related to entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in developing economy countries.

The Case Writer will work under the direction of faculty members and the director of Case Writing and will collaborate with the SEED team. The Case Writer will arrange interviews with industry representatives (travel to frontier/emerging markets is required) and prepare and review case outlines and drafts with faculty, company representatives and the director of Case Writing. Must be an outstanding interviewer, researcher, and writer, have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

qualifications & requirements

Qualifications
This position requires a self-starter who is knowledgeable about emerging/frontier markets (minimum of 3 years of work experience), company operational issues (especially related to growth/scaling businesses), and company funding (i.e. private capital sources such as venture or growth capital). MBA required.

Applicants must demonstrate an ability to interview, research, and finally organize data into a compelling case study that focuses on a managerial decision or concept.
