This fellowship is open to two faculty members of the Global Business School Network’s African partner schools who are interested in developing their careers in research and teaching to their fullest potential. Fellows spend two months during the academic year at INSEAD, at either of the school’s two campuses – in Fontainebleau, France or in Singapore - depending upon the preferences of the Fellowship winners and prospective INSEAD faculty mentors. The choice of months would be left to the Fellows to decide jointly with relevant INSEAD faculty.
Fellows must see this experience as an opportunity for both personal and institutional development. Upon returning home, they will be expected to share the rewards of their professional enrichment with their home institutions, in keeping with INSEAD’s objective of capacity building of Sub-Saharan African business schools. Finally, they will be asked to write a follow-up report on how their visit to INSEAD served them and the objectives of the Fellowship.
